Terms of Sale

1. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Minimum order: $250.00

4. Payment accepted by VISA or MasterCard only prior to shipping.

5. Payment net 30 days on approval of submitted complete credit application.

6. Late payments are subject to 2% interest per month.

Shipping

1. All prices quoted are F.O.B. Montreal.

2. For pick-up at our warehouse or customer-appointed carrier, please provide details and account number at time of order.

3. Myles International reserves the right to select the carrier for all shipments.

4. Carrier may change without notice.

5. Freight charges including fuel surcharge + taxes will be added to customer’s invoice.

Returns

1. Returns will only be accepted for defective product.

2. Returns for defective merchandise will only be considered within 10 days of receipt by customer.

3. Used merchandise will not be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

4. All returns must have a return authorization number.

5. Credit or replacement will be issued after merchandise arrives at our warehouse and defect has been acknowledged.

6. All cancelled but packed orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
